No Class Tomorrow / Group Presentations

I have decided to extend the group presentation project and I will give you this week to finish it up.  I want quality research and rhetorical strategies (Haas & Flowers) employed in the paper and presentation.  Remember, I'm not looking for paraphrasing or a summary of what other people think about writing.  Make this project your own.  Use your interviews as ways to think about what makes a good reader & writer.


Examples:

Maybe you have an idea for a class where we incorporate writing in a different manner?
How can we use the benefits of technology to help us become better writers?
How do your friends and family use rhetoric in their daily lives?


These are just examples.  I want you all to get creative.  Make this project meaningful for you.


  • Group 4:  I need you all to get a hold of me ASAP so that I can give you Drenna's information.  She will be in your group.


Assignment:

Paper: 3 pages  (Group member's names should all be listed)
Presentation: 20 min (You can use power-point, graphs, videos, or you can model an activity etc...)
EVERYONE MUST PARTICIPATE!!

    I need one member of each group to post their members on the blog. I should have 4 posts with each group member's name. Lucero Rodriguez will be in group 1. Drenna Rodriguez will be in group 4. Presentations and paper will be due on Tuesday. Group leaders, get a hold of your members. If you have any questions, post here on the blog. Thanks.
